Would you like to take on responsibility in the global retrofit business, connect international networks, and drive innovative solutions for our customers? Then take the lead at the Retrofit Sales Competence Center and actively drive the further development of our business unit.

What you'll be handling:

  • Drive the strategic development of the global retrofit business and actively implement the Competence Center Retrofit Sales strategy.
  • Connect Customer Units, Competence & Delivery Centers, Innovation & Technology departments, and other stakeholders to successfully translate customer requirements into sustainable solutions.
  • Further develop the retrofit service portfolio and identify new retrofit opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Build and foster global knowledge sharing through training sessions, workshops, and the annual Retrofit Summit.
  • Develop and roll out a central platform for existing retrofit solutions to increase responsiveness to customer inquiries.
  • Lead the Competence Center Retrofit Sales Committee, enabling fast, well-founded, and transparent decision-making across the global retrofit organization.
  • Provide functional leadership to the Competence Center Retrofit Sales Team and coordinate global projects and cross-functional initiatives.

What you'll need:

  • Several years of experience in intralogistics, retrofit business, sales, lifetime services, or a comparable field.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and an interest in existing IT and mechatronic solutions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in an international environment.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional topics and engage stakeholders toward shared objectives.
  • Experience in functional leadership, lateral management, or coordination of international cross-functional initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.Excellent English skills and willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20%).

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 48,413 Euro.
