As part of the ongoing organizational development within our Process & IT Consulting function, we are looking for an experienced leader to head the Process & IT Consulting Team within the Customer Unit Central Europe. In this key role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end Process & IT Consulting function, ensuring excellence in people leadership, performance, quality, and cost management. You will play a pivotal role in driving the continuous improvement of our intralogistics processes and IT solutions, contributing significantly to our customers' operational success and business growth.

What you'll be handling:

  • Technical and disciplinary management as well as further development of the Process & IT Consulting Team
  • Resource and budget planning as well as task and project distribution
  • Permanent overview of all ongoing projects in the team
  • Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality and costs in process and IT concepts as well as IT offerings
  • Responsibility for the continuous improvement of processes, standards, tools, IT proposal templates and IT calculation methodologies
  • Coordination and review of the operational concept and system design in the sales process
  •  Ensuring cost clarity, feasibility check, risk check and defined IT scope of delivery
  • Close cooperation with the product / portfolio management and software development departments
  • Coordination and exchange with representatives of other units on best-practice, new solutions and developments, etc. (round table)
  • Coordination, support and management of data analyses and project simulations
  • Close cooperation with the IT implementation department – coordination in the sales phase, project handover and consulting/support in the implementation phase

What you'll need:

  • Several years of professional experience in the field of process & IT consulting, process design or IT project management
  • Excellent knowledge of logistics, material and data flow as well as good market knowledge of WMS/MFF providers
  • Management-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and strong leadership skills
  • Initiative, structured way of working and confident appearance – both internally and externally
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and intercultural openness
  • Very good knowledge of English, another foreign language is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 66.741,00 Euro.
