As an expert in the Communities of Expertise Controlling, you will contribute to the development and further development of international standards, processes and systems. You will ensure that our controlling instruments are efficient, consistent and future-oriented. In doing so, you will act as second-level support for complex issues and as a sparring partner for our Business Partner Finance and the operational controlling teams worldwide.

What you'll be handling

  • Development, harmonization and optimization of global controlling standards and processes (e.g. budget, forecast, strategic planning, project controlling)
  • Responsibility for BI systems, ERP integration and planning tools (Systems) or methods and processes (Excellence)
  • Consulting and technical support for Business Partner Finance and Controlling Operations (2nd level support)
  • Conducting training courses and building a global key user network
  • Ensuring data quality and consistency, conducting benchmarks and best practice comparisons
  • Creation and communication of global policies in coordination with Finance and Business

What you'll need

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance or comparable
  • Several years of experience in controlling/FP&A in an international environment, knowledge of IFRS is an advantage
  • Experience with global controlling processes as well as the introduction and further development of tools and systems
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages are an advantage
  • Analytical and structured way of working combined with strong communication skills and solution orientation
  • Passion for technology, innovation and the advancement of global standards

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross basic salary under the collective agreement on the basis of full-time employment is 59,767 euros per year.
