As the Maintenance Team Leader, you will lead a small team and, together with that team, be responsible for ensuring the highest possible equipment availability.
What you'll be handling:
- You will be based at our client’s logistics center in Nuremberg
- As a team leader, you will lead a team and be responsible for staff scheduling (shift scheduling, vacation scheduling, work assignment planning)
- You will plan the necessary maintenance, inspections, and repairs, and will also assist with the maintenance of the facility
- Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with partner companies and coordinating with subcontractors
What you'll need:
- Training and/or professional experience in the electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics fields
- Extensive professional experience as a maintenance technician; experience as a team leader is a plus
- Good German language skills are required; English language skills are a plus
- Customer focus and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work shifts
