Software Realization Specialist
As a Software Realisation Specialist, you will be responsible for the efficient and quality-assured implementation of software solutions within TGW’s global realisation process. Key areas of focus include coordinating and managing the New Product Introduction (NPI) for selected products within the IT Realisation division, establishing and actively supporting the Global Realisation specialist communities, and coaching and providing operational support to the Customer Units in the execution of software realisation projects.
What you'll be handling:
- Planning, coordination and management of the NPI for selected IT/software products
- Preparation, structuring, planning and execution of roll-out activities
- Helping to shape global implementation standards, guidelines and best practices
- Providing advice on complex software implementation issues
- Contributing to the continuous optimisation of global implementation processes
What you'll need:
- Solid qualifications in IT and software development (HTL, university/university of applied sciences)
- Several years’ professional experience in software development, project management or technical roll-outs
- Very good command of German and English
- Willingness to travel approx. 20% of the time
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 53.242 Euro.
