Manager Process Management I&T
What you’ll be handling:
- Leading and developing the I&T Process Management team
- Managing operational and strategic process management issues
- Analysing, designing and optimising processes
- Developing and introducing new workflows and tools
- Defining and monitoring process metrics
- Collaborating with internal process owners and stakeholders
What you'll need:
- Experience in process management and team leadership
- Excellent knowledge of modern process and project management methods
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Adonis or comparable solutions
- A structured, responsible and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in plant engineering or comparable industries is an advantage

We offer a competitive salary in line with market rates, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross basic salary under the collective agreement, based on full-time employment, is 62,900 euros per year.
