Head of Software Services
In this senior management role, you will take on the technical and managerial leadership of a dedicated team and create the conditions for sustainable success in client projects. Through regular dialogue with internal and external partners, and by applying your understanding of key financial indicators, you will play an active part in shaping the division’s future development and make a significant contribution to the company’s success.
The places of work are Regensburg/Teunz or Marchtrenk.
What you'll be handling:
- Technical and managerial leadership, as well as the continuous development of the Software Services team (Emulation, ISD, TT/DBA)
- Proactive planning of human resources and management of staff deployment in client projects, taking into account workload, qualifications and project requirements
- Ongoing monitoring of client projects with regard to quality, costs and deadlines
- Development and implementation of working guidelines, standards and methods to ensure a high and consistent standard of work output
- Responsibility for budget planning and monitoring of the cost centre
- Active involvement in shaping and further developing the entire IT REA
What you'll need:
- A completed degree (university/university of applied sciences, HTL) with a focus on IT, or equivalent training with several years’ professional experience in IT
- Substantial experience in the implementation of IT projects
- Substantial experience in staff management
- Business fluency in English
- Willingness to travel

Valid for AT: We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 68.143 Euro.
