What you'll be handling:
- Ensuring the day-to-day operation of HELIX and its exhibits
- Responsibility for show control and coordination with internal and external partners
- Planning and conducting HELIX guided tours
- Organizing and overseeing necessary repairs and expansions
- Organizing and training HELIX tour guides
- Managing and further developing the HELIX concept, as well as contributing to future expansion phases
- Managing the future Grocery Demo Center
What you'll need:
- Completed technical training and a passion for hands-on work
- Several years of experience in a technical field, ideally in sales, implementation, or project management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Enjoyment of interacting with customers and diverse groups of national and international visitors
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 47.547,00 Euro.
