In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with and further developing globally defined principles for resource planning and reporting. You will support Global REA by proactively managing resource issues throughout the entire planning process, particularly with regard to data quality, reporting requirements, and strategic capacity planning.
The position can be performed both on-site and remotely from global locations.
What you'll be handling:
- Monitoring compliance with global planning rules using KPIs
- Evaluating, specifying, and implementing further developments in resource reporting
- Performing scenario analyses for planned large-scale projects in the sales funnel, including reporting to management
- Communicating with sales and implementation regarding the impact on capacities and project start
- Creating training courses and holding training sessions on the topic of resource planning
- Monthly reporting of global/local workloads to the REA Committee
What you'll need:
- Completed education with a focus on economics, technology, or IT (preferably from a university or university of applied sciences)
- Good knowledge of statistics and experience in working with data models and evaluations
- Sound understanding of resource planning and project business
- Very good English skills
- Willingness to travel approx. 20%
- Initiative, strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and assertiveness

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 53.242 Euro.
